Manutata's Policies and Conditions

At Manutata, we care about your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept product exchanges or returns within 5 days of receiving your order. You may return the product and receive store credit, a different product, or a refund for the original payment amount. If you notice any damage to the product upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a replacement order.

To proceed with a return or product exchange, the following general conditions must be met:

Requirements

1. Present proof of purchase (Electronic Invoice/Receipt).

2. Returned items must have attached labels and be returned in their original packaging.

  • Returned items must show no visible signs of use or wear. They must be in perfect condition.
  • Discounted items are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Items eligible for a full refund must meet the following criteria:

  • Poor quality – unusual or rancid odor.
  • Spoiled or damaged condition.
  • Incorrect product, torn bag, broken bottle, damaged box, or shipping delays.
  • Presence of any foreign material in the product.

Refunds

Manutata will issue refunds only for the full value of the product, following approval of the request. Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the purchaser's account. The maximum timeframe for processing refunds is 48 hours from the time the required information is provided by the customer..
